The SPCD impact maps for pluvial flood detection (plot level, 10 m spatial resolution) that I produced using Sentinel-2 imagery are freely available on Zenodo! Feel free to use them to evaluate the performance of intense surface runoff susceptibility models!
Cerbelaud, Arnaud, Roupioz, Laure, Blanchet, Gwendoline, Breil, Pascal, & Briottet, Xavier. (2023). Detection maps for pluvial flood deteriorations at plot level using the SPCD method for three Mediterranean events in France. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.8004718
The FuSVIPR impact maps for pluvial flood detection (pixel level, 0.5 m spatial resolution) that I produced using both Sentinel-2 imagery and VHR products (Pléiades, airborne orthophotos) are freely available on Zenodo! Also feel free to use them to evaluate the performance of intense surface runoff susceptibility models!
